Are your pearls real?
Yes! All of our pearls are 100% genuine, cultured pearls grown in oysters or mollusks using natural processes. We never use imitation or synthetic pearls.

What’s the difference between cultured and natural pearls?
Natural pearls form in the wild without any human intervention and are extremely rare. Cultured pearls form in the same way but start with a small implanted bead or tissue. Cultured pearls are just as real and beautiful, and are far more accessible.

How should I care for my pearl jewelry?
Pearls are organic gems and should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off. Store them separately from other jewelry, and wipe them with a soft cloth after wearing. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, or chemicals.

Can I wear my pearl jewelry every day?
Absolutely! Our pieces are designed for everyday wear using high-quality pearls and durable materials like upcycled silk, sterling silver, and gold-filled accents. Just treat them with care, and they’ll last beautifully.

Are your materials sustainable or ethically sourced?
Yes. We use ethically sourced pearls and organic materials whenever possible, including upcycled silk and recycled metals. Sustainability and transparency are core to our mission.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Do you offer custom or personalized jewelry?
At this time, we offer a curated selection of handcrafted pieces, but we're always open to custom inquiries. Feel free to reach out, and we’ll let you know what’s possible!

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time, but that is a goal of ours in the upcoming months.

What if my jewelry breaks or needs repair?
We stand by the quality of our work. If your piece needs a repair within 3 months of purchase, we’ll repair it free of charge. After that, we offer affordable repair services; just reach out to us!
