Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Each piece is thoughtfully packaged and made ready for delivery with care.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Standard Shipping (3–4 business days): $10 or free on orders over $300.

International Shipping:
We hope to offer international shipping in the upcoming months.

Shipping Notifications:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges

Every piece is thoughtfully selected to bring beauty and timeless style into your life. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit for returns.

Here’s how it works:

  • Initiate a Return by emailing us at info@thepearlshop.com with your Order Number in the Subject line.
  • All returns are eligible for store credit only. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card and can be used toward any future purchase at The Pearl Shop.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Repairs


We stand by our craftsmanship. If your jewelry needs a repair within 90 days of purchase, we’ll repair it free of charge. After that, we offer affordable repair services, just contact us to get started.
